It is possible for students to achieve professional Ordination and Certified Professional Chaplain status in a convenient, affordable, online study program for adult learners. The primary educational service offered on this website is training to become a Certified Professional Chaplain. God has unique plans for each of us and it is our mission to provide the education
required by our students in order for them to progress along the ministerial path to which
they area called.
We will provide you with a historical perspective. We'll train you in the practical ways in which
many ministers and priests serve, including rudimentary lessons in prayer, meditation, chaplaincy,
pastoral outreach, spiritual development, practical pastoral psychology, spiritual counseling, social
work, and responsibility to nature in our Department of Environmental Sciences. We offer pasoral
management in organizational side of a ministry.
But, we will make no attempt to convert you away from the spiritual and cultural heritage with
which God has blessed you and...through you...to bless those with whom you come into contact
on your spiritual journey.
You will receive a general background into world religious traditions, a historical perspective, and
exposure to various belief systems and spiritual practices. Because we come from the world of
Christianity, we will look at the concept of Christ as savior, redeemer (restoring us to our
God-given state of "grace"), rabbi (Teacher), and even as one of the world's most-competent
psychologists (although this side of Christ is rarely explored in today's Church).
